Some photographs from the Wedding Photojournalism workshop, held at Vila Bran

A less conventional wedding photography

Courage, spontaneity and breaking the patterns are the ingredients wedding photographers need, but they also do for new couples (bride and groom).
Shooting at weddings in a photojournalistic manner, style promoted by the major world associations of photojournalists (WPJA, AAP, etc.), is the result of the collaboration and understanding of any new couple getting married, who are open minded and appreciate innovation, and a creative photographer, who knows how to get out of routine.
I think the wedding dress photographs taken during the photographic sessions following the wedding (Trash the Dress - TTD or Love in Dress) are a good example of a highly professional level that can be approached by imaginative people.
